Personally, i don’t think you will have any problems. That is as long as your not burning your skin causing, the least serious, first degree burns (similar to a sunburn). They might look red because they were warmed up, kinda like putting your hand in hot water, then taking it out. No serious damage, but it will be red for a little while.
